The Complimentary Discovery Call is usually done over the phone or via zoom, but if you would prefer an in person meeting, I'm usually at the office on Monday / Wednesday / Friday.

Do you plan to use insurance? 

I am registered in the TELUS eClaims system as a provider for plans such as Canada Life and Manulife.

For clients whose extended health benefits are with a participating insurer and whose plan includes coverage for my provider designation, this may make claims submission easier. 

Coverage and reimbursement still depend on your individual insurance plan, so I encourage you to confirm your mental health or counselling benefits with your insurer directly.

Please note that not all insurance companies use TELUS eClaims, and not all plans cover the same provider designations.  Please note Medavie Blue Cross does NOT currently accept the RPC designation as a provider.

When meeting virtually, I invite you to create an environment that is comfortable and supportive to whatever feelings, emotions, and energy that you bring to session. That could be curled up on a sofa, reclined in a chair, taking a walk, parked in a car, sitting in your office, etc. I'll meet you where you are at!
