Cove Integrative Therapy offers trauma-informed counselling and integrative coaching for adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and relationship stress.

Amanda's approach is trauma-informed and integrative, combining IFS (parts work), Soul-based Somatic therapy, mindfulness, and practical skills to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to your authenticity and heart-led desires while repairing the emotional trauma that keeps you stuck and out of alignment. Our journey together is collaborative and paced with care—no forcing, no flooding, and no pressure to perform healing.

Sessions are available in person at Paddler's Cove on Lake Banook in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and virtually across Canada and Internationally.
