Thank you for your interest in booking a complimentary discovery call. You have several options: in person, by phone, or via zoom. Please let me know which you prefer when you book. *You can book a phone/or zoom call through the 'In Person' location if you can't find a day/time in the 'Virtual' location. It's important to note that I am an approved provider with Canada Life and Manulife, but not Medavie Blue Cross, Sun Life, Greenshield or other major insurance companies in Nova Scotia. You will need to find an RCT or social worker if you plan claim counselling with these providers. If you plan to use insurance coverage for counselling services, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider before booking to confirm whether your plan covers sessions with a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA).
