Full Moon Gathering ?✨ Joy • Release • Renewal You’re warmly invited to a gentle Full Moon Ceremony with me (Amanda — Cove Integrative Therapy) and Lori Taylor (loritaylor.ca) on Sunday, Feb 1 from 6:00–7:30pm at Paddler’s Cove on Lake Banook. Full Moon energy can feel powerful — emotions may be heightened, sensitivity increased, and the inner nudge to let go gets louder (like the pull of the tides). This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, come back into rhythm with the Moon, and intentionally release what doesn’t feel harmonious… while creating space for more joy. Bring: a small cozy blanket, a journal, and anything that helps you feel comforted. Come with: curiosity + fewer expectations. ?
